Job summary

You will own the ATS, drive AI and automation, manage external partners, and partner with HR leadership to forecast hiring needs.

Responsibilities

• Personally recruit for priority, leadership, and hard-to-fill roles.
• Set requisition priorities across all locations based on the annual hiring plan and business impact.
• Build sustainable talent pipelines through schools, apprenticeships, referrals, and partnerships.
• Manage relationships with external recruiting partners, including scope, service levels, cost per placement.
• Partner with hiring managers to deliver a fast, consistent, and positive candidate experience.
• Lead evaluation and implementation of ATS and AI tools across the workflow.
