Paschal Home Services, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to rethink how we attract and hire talent across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and support teams in Arkansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Texas. You’ll own Paschal’s ATS, deploy AI and automation across the recruitment workflow, manage external partners, and partner with the HR Director and field leaders to forecast needs.

Qualifications

• Strategic and hands‑on leader responsible for talent acquisition.
• Experience with ATS, automation, and AI tools in recruiting.
• Able to partner with field leaders and influence decisions.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Own recruiting metrics and partner with HR and leaders to set priorities.
• Lead ATS evaluation, implementation, and integration with HRIS.
• Identify and implement AI/automation across the hiring workflow.
• Manage external recruiting partners and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Forecast hiring needs using data and headcount budgets.
