Job summary

Tree Market Inc. in Miami seeks a commercially driven Trader / Account Manager to grow new business and manage customer accounts from the first sales opportunity through payment and delivery.

Experience in international sales, food commodities, trading, or account management, with strong negotiation skills and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, is required. The role offers base salary plus incentives in a fast-moving, international environment with real commercial ownership.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of customers.
• Identify new customers and commercial opportunities.
• Understand customer product, volume, specification and delivery requirements.
• Prepare quotations based on complete landed costs.
• Negotiate approved pricing and commercial terms.
• Protect required gross margins and obtain approval for exceptions.
• Maintain an accurate 30-, 60- and 90-day sales pipeline.
• Provide Operations with a complete handoff for every confirmed order.
• Follow up on deposits, prepayments and overdue invoices.
• Keep customer, quotation and project information current in the company system.
• Document important customer communications and commercial commitments.
• Follow all company sanctions, export-control and compliance procedures.
• Escalate payment delays, customer disputes and compliance concerns immediately.
