Qualifications

• Must have a college degree or paralegal certificate or relevant work experience.
• Two or more years of trademark experience preferred.
• Proficiency with USPTO tools (TEAS) and docketing experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in filings.
• Professional and confidential interaction with varied stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Correspond with foreign associates regarding searches, filing, maintenance, and enforcement of trademarks.
• Search trademark registrations in USPTO and foreign offices.
• Prepare, file, monitor trademark applications and respond to office actions.
• Draft oppositions, affidavits of use, and renewals as needed.
• Review docket for deadlines and organize files; assist with copyright filings.
• Assist with trademark-related agreements and related documentation.
