Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate or degree required.
• Two or more years of trademark experience preferred.
• Proficiency with USPTO TEAS and TTAB tools.
• Experience with Anaqua docketing system preferred.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Correspond with foreign associates regarding searching, filing, maintaining, and enforcing trademarks.
• Search trademark registrations in USPTO and foreign offices.
• Prepare, file, monitor, and renew trademark applications.
• Draft responses to office actions and oppositions.
• Assist with copyright filings and related agreements, organize files and deadlines.
