Responsabilidades

• Correspond with foreign associates regarding trademark filing and maintenance.
• Prepare, file, and monitor trademark applications with USPTO and foreign offices.
• Draft responses to office actions and oppositions; prepare affidavits of use and renewals.
• Review and organize files, monitor deadlines, and assist with related agreements and copyright filings.
