Responsibilities

• Manage trademark dockets, deadlines, and reminders for clients and attorneys.
• Conduct trademark searches using TESS, SAEGIS, Corsearch, and WIPO databases.
• Prepare and file U.S. and international trademark applications, renewals, and maintenance documents.
• Prepare and file USPTO office action responses and TTAB documents.
• Coordinate prosecution and enforcement with foreign law firms.
• Record assignments and name changes with the USPTO.
• Communicate with clients regarding searches, filings, and deadlines.

Responsibilities for Trademark Paralegal:

• Manage trademark dockets, monitor deadlines, and send timely reminders to clients and attorneys
• Conduct trademark searches using TESS, SAEGIS, Corsearch, and WIPO databases
• Prepare and file U.S. and international trademark applications, renewals, and maintenance documents
• Prepare and file USPTO office action responses and documents with the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB)
• Coordinate trademark prosecution and enforcement matters with foreign law firms
• Record trademark assignments, name changes, and other documents with the USPTO
• Communicate with clients regarding trademark searches, filings, and deadlines

Qualifications for Trademark Paralegal:

• 7+ years of trademark paralegal experience at required
• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate preferred
• Experience with USPTO filing systems, including TEAS and ESTTA
• Knowledge of trademark prosecution, maintenance, and international filings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and trademark databases
