Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Trademark Paralegal to support U.S. and international trademark portfolios. This role will manage trademark filings, prosecution, renewals, enforcement matters, and portfolio maintenance while partnering closely with attorneys and clients to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage U.S. and foreign trademark filings, prosecution, renewals, and maintenance.
• Prepare and file trademark applications and related USPTO submissions.
• Draft goods and services descriptions and review specimens of use.
• Assist with trademark enforcement matters, including oppositions, cancellations, infringement issues, UDRPs, and anti-counterfeiting efforts.
• Conduct preliminary trademark searches using USPTO, WIPO, and commercial databases.
• Maintain docketing records and monitor critical deadlines.
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, foreign associates, and search vendors to ensure timely and accurate trademark support.
• Contribute to process improvements and best practices.
