Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP seeks a Trademark/Copyright Litigation Associate with 3–7 years of experience. The Nashville office is preferred, but candidates for any office, including the firm’s virtual office, The Link, will be considered.

The associate will handle a broad range of trademark and copyright matters, including TTAB proceedings, UDRP disputes, anticounterfeiting enforcement, drafting and responding to demand letters, litigation support, copyright registration, and licensing work.

Qualifications

• Active bar license in the state of office
• Experience in trademark and copyright litigation
• TTAB experience preferred
• Strong academic credentials and professional demeanor

Responsibilities

• Handle broad trademark and copyright matters.
• Represent matters before TTAB.
• Manage UDRP-domain name disputes.
• Assist with anticounterfeiting enforcement.
• Draft and respond to demanding letters.
• Assist with licensing and technology agreements.
