Formación

• Three to seven years of experience preferred.
• Trademark litigation/TTAB experience is a threshold requirement.
• Active bar license in the state of the office applied to or be willing to obtain soon.

Responsabilidades

• Handle a broad range of trademark and copyright matters including TTAB proceedings.
• Manage large domestic and international trademark portfolios and related disputes.
• Draft and respond to demand letters and provide litigation support; handle licensing and technology agreement work.
