Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Trademark/Copyright Litigation Associate with three to seven years of experience, preferably in Nashville but open to other offices including The Link virtual office. The role focuses on trademark litigation, TTAB proceedings, domain-name disputes, and copyright matters.

The ideal candidate will work with the Financial Services & Capital Markets team, demonstrate strong judgment under pressure, and hold an active bar license in the relevant state.

Qualifications

• Three to seven years of experience preferred.
• Threshold TTAB experience required.
• Active bar license in the state corresponding with the applying office.

Responsabilités

• Work on a broad range of trademark and copyright matters, including TTAB proceedings and licensing work.
• Manage large domestic and international trademark portfolios and related disputes.
• Draft and respond to letters, support litigation, and handle domain-name disputes.
