Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Trademark/Copyright Litigation Associate with 3–7 years of experience, preferably in Nashville but open to other offices or the firm’s virtual office, The Link. The role centers on trademark litigation and TTAB work for a broad portfolio, including international matters and domain disputes.

Ideal candidates will have strong academic credentials, the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure, and an active bar license in the relevant state or a commitment

Qualifications

• TTAB experience is a threshold requirement.
• Ability to handle multiple matters under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Work on a broad range of trademark and copyright matters, including TTAB proceedings and international portfolios.
• Assist with domain name disputes and anticounterfeiting enforcement.
• Draft and respond to demand letters and provide litigation support.
