BakerHostetler Career seeks a Client Account Coordinator in a hybrid Orange County role focused on the trademark practice. You will manage client matters from intake through lifecycle, delivering superior service to attorneys, staff, and clients.

Responds to billing inquiries, oversees client setups, and ensures accurate e-billing while coordinating with AR and billing teams. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent with related experience.
• Minimum of five years in a supporting role, preference for trademark practice.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional correspondence.
• Proven ability to learn new software and adapt to billing systems.

Responsabilités

• Communicate and coordinate steps of the process for new and current clients and/or matters: intake, billing, collections, client value team, attorneys and other timekeepers.
• Oversee setup of new clients/matters; capture billing arrangements, rates, codes, budgets.
• Ensure e-billing is correct; handle accepts/rejections promptly.
• Track proformas for client matters; ensure timely invoicing and compliance with OCG.
• Coordinate with AR specialists on collections; support year-end processes.
• Prepare client reporting and schedule/attend meetings with billing attorneys.
