Job summary

The Traded Products Manager at Osaic leads strategy, governance, and lifecycle management for mutual funds, ETFs, ETPs, UITs, and related traded investment solutions across the product shelf.

Reporting to the VP, Product Management & Development, this role owns onboarding, platform updates, sponsor and fund-family relationships, reporting, advisor resources, and cross-function projects across brokerage and advisory platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of financial services experience in product management, platform management, product operations, due diligence, trading, wealth management strategy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to review product details, adoption data, and market information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to prepare reports, presentations, and trackers.

Responsibilities

• Owns roadmap development, governance alignment, sponsor strategy, and cross-functional execution for traded product categories.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle for mutual funds, ETFs, ETPs, and UITs, including onboarding and post-launch monitoring.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations, committee materials, and product updates.
• Draft advisor-facing materials, FAQs, and product guides for distribution channels.
• Collaborate across Product Management, Due Diligence, Compliance, Trading, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Sponsors.
