Job summary

Osaic in Minnesota is seeking a Traded Products Manager to lead strategy and lifecycle management for mutual funds, ETFs, ETPs, and UITs across our product shelf. You will own onboarding, platform updates, sponsor relationships, and cross-functional projects with brokerage and advisory platforms.

You’ll report to the VP, Product Management & Development, and drive disciplined decision-making while maintaining clear ownership and actionable execution across multiple stakeholder groups.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial services, product/portfolio management, or related roles.
• Experience with mutual funds, ETFs, ETPs, or UITs.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; able to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of traded products (funds and ETFs).
• Own roadmap, governance, and sponsor strategies for product categories.
• Coordinate onboarding, launches, and post-launch reviews.
• Develop advisor-facing materials and training resources.
• Prepare executive-ready summaries and presentations.
• Collaborate across Product Management, Trading, Operations, Sales, and Compliance.
