Job summary

Osaic is seeking a Traded Products Manager to lead strategy, governance, and lifecycle management for mutual funds, ETFs, ETPs, and UITs across our product shelf. You will own onboarding, platform updates, sponsor relationships, and cross-functional projects spanning brokerage and advisory platforms.

The role requires strong analytical, project-management, and communication skills, with a background in financial services. A Bachelor's degree is preferred and FINRA Series 7 is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of financial services experience in product-related roles.
• Strong knowledge of traded product categories (funds, ETFs, UITs, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, governance, and lifecycle management for traded products (mutual funds, ETFs, ETPs, UITs).
• Own roadmap development, governance alignment, sponsor strategy, and cross-functional execution.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations, committee materials, and product updates.
• Draft, update, and maintain advisor-facing product materials and training resources.
• Translate complex product concepts into clear guidance for professionals and stakeholders.
