Job summary

Osaic seeks a Traded Products Manager to lead strategy, governance, and lifecycle management for mutual funds, ETFs, ETPs, UITs, and related traded investment solutions across Osaic's product shelf.

Reporting to the Vice President, Product Management & Development, this role owns product onboarding, platform and share class updates, sponsor and fund-family relationships, reporting, advisor-facing resources, and cross-functional projects across brokerage and advisory platforms, including products

Qualifications

• 5+ years of financial services experience, preferably in product management, platform management, product operations, due diligence, trading, or wealth management strategy.
• Experience with traded product categories such as mutual funds, ETFs, ETPs, UITs, share classes, or related structures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for reviewing product details, data, and market information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional audiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, governance, and lifecycle management for traded products (mutual funds, ETFs, ETPs, UITs).
• Own roadmap development, governance alignment, sponsor strategy, and cross-functional execution for product categories.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle from intake to post-launch monitoring and updates.
• Develop processes to evaluate products delivering similar exposures across vehicles.
• Ensure product changes and sponsor/fund-family updates are communicated to stakeholders.
• Prepare executive-ready materials and advisor-facing resources.
