Osaic is seeking a Traded Products Manager to lead strategy, governance, and lifecycle management for mutual funds, ETFs, ETPs, UITs, and related products across its broker and advisor platforms.

Reporting to the Vice President of Product Management & Development, this role owns onboarding, platform updates, sponsor and fund-family relationships, and cross-functional projects to optimize product offerings and advisor resources.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of financial services experience in product management, platform management, product operations, due diligence, trading, or wealth management strategy.
• Working knowledge of traded product categories (mutual funds, ETFs, ETPs, UITs, share classes, etc).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to review product details, adoption data, and market information.
• Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to explain product and trading concepts clearly.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end lifecycle for traded products (mutual funds, ETFs, ETPs, UITs).
• Lead roadmap development, governance, sponsor strategy, and cross-functional execution.
• Coordinate onboarding, launch readiness, and post-launch monitoring across platforms.
• Ensure data accuracy, fee considerations, and advisor education needs.
• Prepare executive-ready summaries, product updates, and cross-functional trackers.
