Job summary
DRW offers a Trade Support Intern position in Chicago. You will refactor and improve scripts, supporting trade capture across futures, options, equities, and index products, while providing operational and technical support to FICC desks.
With mentorship and housing near the office, you will undertake meaningful projects and gain exposure to reporting and data analysis. Applicants must be US-based, pursuing a CS degree with an expected graduation between 2027 and 2028, and have GitHub experience.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s in Computer Science with an expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Experience with version control systems (GitHub).
- Demonstrated experience with development work or similar technical projects.
- Work authorization in the United States without sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Refactor and improve existing scripts within the trade support team.
- Support trade capture across futures, futures options, equities, equity options, and index options.
- Provide operational and technical support to the firm’s FICC trading desks.
- Assist with tool functionality and testing to support front-end operations.
- Contribute to reporting and data analysis.
