Job summary

DRW is looking for a Trade Support Specialist in Chicago to provide middle office support to trading desks. This role involves operational and technical support for equity options trading, trade capture, and daily P&L calculations.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in a similar role, a strong knowledge of equities and derivatives, and skills in Python, Git, and Linux. The estimated salary ranges from $100,000 to $125,000, alongside an annual discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in middle office or risk management roles.
• Strong capability to work independently.
• Ability to analyze problems and implement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for equity options trading.
• Perform trade capture for futures and equities.
• Daily P&L calculations and substantiation.
• Enhance workflows and optimize operational tools.
