Job summary

DRW provides a hands-on internship at the intersection of trading, technology, and operations. You will refactor and improve scripts, support trade capture across futures, options, and equities, and assist with testing and front-end tools while contributing to reporting and data analysis.

You’ll gain mentorship, meaningful projects, and housing near the office as part of the program, with a focus on developing your development skills and understanding of trading tech within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s in Computer Science with graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience with version control systems (GitHub).
• Demonstrated experience with development work or similar technical projects.
• Work authorization in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Refactor and improve existing scripts within the trade support team.
• Support trade capture across futures, futures options, equities, equity options, and index options.
• Provide operational and technical support to FICC trading desks.
• Assist with tool functionality and testing to support front-end operations.
• Contribute to reporting and data analysis.
