Job summary

Fern-Expo seeks a Project Manager for the Cincinnati Operations Team to convert account information into clear, actionable warehouse directions and ensure show-ready delivery. The role covers packing, labeling, inventory validation, and coordination of load-out for high-touch shows, on-site oversight, and inter-team communication.

Reporting to the VP of Depot Operations, the position is on-site full-time with up to 20% travel.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of operations, logistics, project coordination, or event/show experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in handoffs, inventory, and documentation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent shows in a deadline-driven environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel to show sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive project assignments from the VP of Depot Services and translate into actionable warehouse instructions.
• Build complete, organized handoffs: pull lists, BOMs, packing and labeling requirements, staging and load sequence.
• Confirm scope and requirements with account teams before work hits the warehouse floor.
• Own all project- and inventory‑related communication with account teams.
• Validate inventory availability, reserve inventory, and coordinate purchases for shows.
• Oversee warehouse load‑out and ensure on-site delivery readiness for large shows.
• Travel to show sites as needed and maintain show‑floor readiness and asset protection.
