Job summary

Parkhill, a leading architectural and engineering firm, is seeking a Trade Show Coordinator in Frisco, TX. This role owns day‑to‑day operational execution, manages pre‑show planning, onsite logistics, and post‑show follow‑up, and supports the Trade Show Lead to grow Parkhill’s presence at industry events.

You will coordinate booth selection, graphics, vendor contracts, registrations, travel, and budgeting; build conference packs, monitor timelines, and ensure brand consistency across materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of progressive corporate trade show management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com).
• Experience with event management platforms (Swoogo, Cvent) and RSVP systems.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple trade shows from planning through post-event reconciliation.
• Proven experience managing external vendors (exhibit houses, I&D providers, freight, hotels, venues).
• Ability to develop and manage complex event timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Leads pre-show planning and kickoffs with stakeholders and Marketing to set objectives and allocate responsibilities.
• Manages booth selection, show floor placement, sponsorships, and booth configuration.
• Handles trade show registrations and sponsorship payments; tracks costs to cost centers.
• Coordinates booth logistics, exhibit assets, and third-party storage/fulfillment if needed.
• Partners with Creative to develop trade show graphics and branding that adhere to Parkhill standards.
• Develops timelines, monitors deadlines, and optimizes cost savings; coordinates I&D labor and shipping.
