Job summary

Parkhill is seeking a Trade Show Coordinator in Austin to drive end-to-end trade show execution—from pre-show planning and booth design to onsite operations and post-show analytics.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and vendors to optimize event presence, control budgets, and ensure a seamless attendee experience across multiple shows. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of progressive corporate trade show management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com).
• Experience with event management platforms (Swoogo, Cvent) and RSVP systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple trade shows simultaneously from planning to post-event reconciliation.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and cost control.
• Willingness to travel as needed for meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-show planning and coordination with stakeholders and Marketing team.
• Oversee booth selection, layout, and branding to maximize Parkhill visibility.
• Manage registration, sponsorships, and budget allocations for each show.
• Coordinate logistics including shipping, I&D, and vendor management.
• Ensure on-site execution, booth readiness, and after-action reporting.
• Provide support across multiple shows and optimize processes for future events.
