Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of progressive corporate trade show management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with event platforms.

Responsibilities

• Leads trade show kickoff and planning meetings with stakeholders to set objectives and responsibilities.
• Manages booth selection, sponsorships, registrations, and booth logistics to maximize visibility.
• Oversees onsite operations, I&D labor, and vendor coordination for timely setup and breakdown.
• Tracks post-show budgets, reconciliations, analytics, and CRM data updates.
