Job summary

Skyline Logistics Specialist is responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound freight, maintaining accurate shipping records, and communicating with carriers in a fast-paced trade show environment. The role blends administrative duties with hands-on warehouse tasks, requiring meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

The position supports shipping, receiving, asset tracking, and daily operations, utilizing Shipwell, SAP, Exhibit Force, and Workfront.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional logistics, transportation, or supply chain training preferred.
• Entry-level logistics experience acceptable; shipping, logistics, freight coordination, transportation, or related operations experience is welcome.
• Experience with LTL/FTL/parcel shipping, Shipwell or other TMS, SAP/Exhibit Force/Workfront, or trade show logistics is preferred, not required.
• Forklift, pallet jack, or other warehouse equipment experience is a plus.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, recordkeeping, problem-solving, and ability to manage competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments; schedule carrier pickups and deliveries around order and trade show deadlines.
• Use Shipwell to coordinate and track shipments; prepare and verify Bills of Lading, shipping labels, manifests, and supporting documents.
• Process FedEx shipments; monitor shipments and resolve delays, missed pickups, and discrepancies.
• Communicate with carriers, brokers, and internal teams; assist with freight quotes, carrier selection, routing, and escalation.
• Identify opportunities to consolidate freight across client orders, shows, and transport routes; report savings and concerns to Service Center Management.
