Cardinal Staffing Services in Toledo, OH seeks an Inventory Freight Specialist to support warehouse operations and office tasks in a fast-paced trade show setting. You will assist with receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management while maintaining accurate records and a safe workplace.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, forklift familiarity, and the flexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with warehouse, shipping, and receiving is preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible to overtime or weekends during busy periods.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Set up, repair, and repack trade show booths and related materials.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas.
• Label, track, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Assist with inventory counts and audits.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
• Utilize computer systems to process orders, print shipping labels, and track shipments.
• Enter and maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
• Maintain documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Support inventory control through accurate data entry and warehouse software systems.
• Effectively multitask between office responsibilities and warehouse operations.
