Diversified Transportation Services (DTS) is seeking a remote, full-time leader to own our trade show and event freight operations end to end. You will manage shows, deadlines, and repeat business while building relationships with decorators and carriers to ensure smooth move in and out for exhibitors.

Based in the United States, you will travel to select shows, develop a reliable carrier network, and track revenue and margins. A proactive, organized mindset is essential to excel in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in freight, logistics, or trade show operations is required.
• Ability to manage calendars and communicate deadlines proactively.
• Strong networking with decorators, carriers, and show management.

Responsibilities

• Own the trade show and event freight operation end to end.
• Maintain a full calendar of all shows, move deadlines, and coordinate with sales and operations.
• Develop decorator and venue relationships to ensure smooth move in/out.
