Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions seeks a full-time Trade Show Exhibits Project Manager for a growing Milwaukee-area exhibit organization. You will be the main liaison between clients and internal teams, guiding projects from concept through installation and event execution.

Based on on-site needs in the Greater Milwaukee Area with up to 20% travel, you will coordinate timelines, budgets, vendors, and cross-functional teams while delivering exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Min. 3 years of project management experience within the trade show, exhibit, experiential marketing, event, or related industry.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• Experience coordinating vendors, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams
• Exceptional communication and client service abilities
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Self-motivated professional who takes ownership and accountability for project success

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing and highly respected experiential marketing and trade show exhibit organization to identify a full time, experienced Trade Show Exhibits Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. As the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, you'll oversee exhibit projects from initial planning through final installation and event execution.

Location: Greater Milwaukee Area (On-Site) | Travel up to 20%
