Job summary

Derse Inc. is seeking an Estimator to support our Rental Division in Las Vegas. You will prepare quotes and budgetary guidelines, collaborating with the design team to provide ballpark estimates for tradeshow and marketing environments, events, and architectural components.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s or associate degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, excels in reading blueprints and using Excel, and will manage estimating records and deadlines within the Estimating Department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in live events, trade shows, or related production industry preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret sketches and blueprints; strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes and budgetary guidelines for tradeshow, marketing environments and events.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to develop ballpark estimates.
• Maintain estimating records and calendar; respond to due dates and deadlines.
• Prepare budgetary guidelines based on labor, materials and subcontracted costs.
• Utilize preferred vendor programs and MS Office templates.
