Job summary

Omega Holdings is seeking a Tradeshow & Event Coordinator in Irving, Texas to plan, coordinate, and execute trade shows and customer events. You will partner with sales, operations, and vendors to manage logistics, timelines, and budgets while driving brand visibility and customer engagement.

Responsibilities include managing exhibitor portals, travel coordination, on-site support, and post-event follow-up to measure success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience coordinating trade shows, conferences, corporate events, or marketing events.
• Experience working with trade show service providers, exhibit houses, and event management companies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and execution of company participation in trade shows, conferences, industry events, and customer facing exhibitions.
• Develop and maintain event calendar, timelines, project plans, and planning checklists for successful execution.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to align event objectives and requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for event service providers and show organizers.
• Manage exhibitor portals and ensure deadlines, registrations, and service orders are completed on time.
• Coordinate booth logistics including furnishings, utilities, labor, shipping, and installation/dismantle.
