Job summary

Jewelers Mutual Group is seeking a Corporate Events Specialist to plan and execute trade shows and external industry events with moderate direction. The role is in-office at our Neenah, WI headquarters, with responsibilities spanning event logistics, vendor coordination, and marketing support.

You will manage materials, travel logistics, and attendee registrations for 70+ shows annually, while maintaining project plans and ensuring excellence in execution.

Qualifications

• Must have 2-3+ years of related experience.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to travel up to 20% and weekends as needed.
• Detail-oriented with deadlines.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Team player with budgeting and expense management experience.

Responsibilities

• Organizes materials for all tradeshows, including ordering, packing, shipping, and restocking.
• Manages tradeshow activities (pre-, during, post-show events) and coordinates reservations and communications.
• Assists with event logistics: attendee movement, receptions, on-site support, travel coordination.
• Tracks event budgets and processes invoices; enters charges into tracking spreadsheets.
• Supports marketing by submitting briefs, coordinating pre/post-show activities, and compiling marketing lists.
