Responsibilities

• Strategic Event Support: Ensure readiness of branded materials, confirm travel/logistics, review booth staffing, evaluate activation concepts.
• Planning & Analysis: Organize attendee data, coordinate shipping/accommodation, assist pre-scheduling for events, support post-event insights.
• Industry Relations & Market Exploration: Track trends in jewelry/insurance, draft communications, explore new event opportunities, contribute to cross-functional initiatives.
