Qualifications

• 2+ years of client-facing account management or coordination in a professional setting.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent client requests or projects with high attention to detail.
• Comfort with order processing, quoting, or invoice and contract management.
• Strong written and verbal communication; prompt responses.
• Proficiency with CRM, order management, spreadsheets or project tracking software.
• Organized, dependable, and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of exhibit management clients from first contact to final invoicing.
• Serve as the primary liaison for asset information and orders.
• Quote and process labor, show services, and logistics requests.
• Coordinate shipments, storage, and I&D costs; provide complete invoicing details.
• Follow up on late exhibit returns and open items until resolved.
• Collaborate with sales, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
