PriceEasy is seeking an exceptionally organized Trade Show Manager to own how our brand appears at major trade shows and events. This role blends project management with creative brand activation to deliver flawless experiences from concept to post-show follow-up.

You will own calendars, budgets, booth concepts, messaging, and on-site execution. Experience in event/experiential marketing and working with multiple vendors is essential. Based in Houston, full-time onsite.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of experience in trade shows, events, experiential marketing or brand activations.
• Experience managing multiple vendors, deadlines and stakeholders with high attention to detail.
• Experience from booth design through post-show follow-up is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own trade shows from concept through execution: booth experience, messaging, and on-site engagement.
• Develop creative booth concepts and ensure on-brand messaging across events.
• Coordinate logistics: booth builders, AV, venues, shipping, and staffing for each show.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to generate pre-show outreach and post-show follow-up.
• Track attendance, meetings, leads, pipeline and ROI for each event.
