Who You Are

You have extensive experience in Trade, Biotech, or Specialty Pharmacy, with skills in account management, contract negotiation, and data analytics. You thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and are eager to support major accounts while working with internal teams such as Market Access, GP, Sales & Marketing, and Patient Relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support access to products by coordinating SPS and channel activities, analyzing procedures, and engaging with vendors.
  • Lead and coach sales representatives and management regarding SPS and supply channel inquiries.
  • Prepare for and participate in quarterly business reviews and ad-hoc meetings.
  • Maintain and audit commercial product programs, providing analysis and reporting.
  • Analyze distributor data, monitor inventory trends, and approve purchase orders.
  • Assist in resolving issues affecting product pull-through and support the Managed Care team.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for educational and program deployment.
  • Manage educational materials approval processes and communications with SPS and UTC teams.
  • Support compliance with contractual obligations and contribute to strategic decisions.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
  • 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably in Account Management, Sales, or Biotech
  • Strong relationship-building skills with key stakeholders
  • Proficiency with PC or MAC and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with PAH
  • Exposure to SPS contracting
Additional Information

This role can be remote within the U.S., with onsite presence one week per month in RTP. Salary ranges from $139,000 to $175,000 annually, plus incentives. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage, 401k, ESPP, paid leave, and more. For details, visit our benefits page.
