Who you are

You have experience in Trade, Biotech, and/or Specialty Pharmacy, with skills in account management, contract negotiation, and data analytics. You thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and are eager to support major accounts and collaborate with internal teams.

The Trade Relations Manager will foster relationships between United Therapeutics and Specialty Pharmacy Distribution entities, supporting activities related to product access, troubleshooting, training, and development, and collaborating with various internal departments.

  • Support access to our products through coordination of SPS and channel activities.
  • Lead and coach sales representatives and management regarding SPS and supply channels.
  • Participate in quarterly business reviews and ad hoc meetings.
  • Maintain and analyze commercial product programs and distributor data.
  • Review inventory trends and approve purchase orders.
  • Assist in resolving issues affecting product pull-through and support the Managed Care team.
  • Coordinate educational items and manage program rollouts with SPS.
  • Manage approval processes for SPS educational materials.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure program alignment.
  • Support external vendors and contribute to strategic decisions.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably in Account Management, Sales, Biotech.
  • Ability to build strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with PC or MAC and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with PAH.
  • Exposure to SPS contracting.
