Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC is seeking a TPO Manager to lead Trade Promotion Optimization strategy, processes, and measurement in Houston or Dallas. You will partner with KA Executives and PGM/PPM teams to maximize revenue and margin across promotions and calendars.

The role requires 5+ years in RGM/Finance/KA with strong analytical skills, experience in TPO tools, and advanced English. You will steward calendars, drive planning, and lead promotions in a fast-paced consumer goods

Qualifications

• Strong strategic analytical skills – ability to draw insights from data, develop models, and translate into actions.
• Project management skills, agile methodology experience.
• Advanced English language required.
• Experience in Trade Promotion Optimization and Price Optimization Tools.
• Experience creating and stewarding topline business plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead TPO/TPM and pricing strategy, ensuring system effectiveness and data integrity.
• Track all promotional activities at package and customer level for profitability.
• Create promo simulations based on strategic opportunities to maximize margin and value share.
• Measure effects of optimized calendars and provide insights on promotions to replicate.
• Lead execution of promotions with KA Executives and Directors and analyze results.
• Present insights to leadership, KAs, and customers with actionable recommendations.
• Develop, analyze, and present TPO solution results to PPMs and KA Executives.
• Ensure alignment with guardrails and constraints by collaborating with relevant teams.
