Job summary

Stratas Foods LLC in Memphis is seeking a Trade Promotions Analyst to ensure promotion programs are accurately established in the systems and to safeguard assets by validating payment and deduction data.

You will analyze program activity, coordinate with the Commercial team, and prepare accrual data for monthly P/L variance analysis. A Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 1–3 years of business experience preferred (Customer Service, Sales/Marketing, or Accounting/Finance).
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, databases, and spreadsheets; ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain marketing/promotion items in the system (trade rebates, buying group rebates, MAP funds, operator promotions, label allowances).
• Process trade promotion transactions and prepare payment requests for trade items; obtain required approvals.
• Review deductions and validate program accruals; contact customers to determine details of claims.
• Enter customer data to determine claim validity and available accrual; analyze items for accuracy.
• Prepare reports to track payment requests and deduction balances; communicate progress to management.
• Collaborate with Commercial team to provide spending and accrual data for program objectives.
• Participate in onsite meetings to support departmental objectives.
• Perform other projects to support Finance.
