Job summary

Stratas Foods LLC in Memphis seeks a Trade Promotions Analyst in Finance and Accounting to ensure promotion programs are established in systems, process payments, and safeguard assets.

You will analyze program activity, validate accruals, and prepare reports with the Commercial team to measure program effectiveness; requires a Bachelor\'s degree and 1-3 years of experience in accounting/finance, with strong Excel and database skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of business experience, preferably in Customer Service, Sales/Marketing, or Accounting/Finance.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, database access, and spreadsheet programs; ability to create formulas and summarize data.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain marketing/promotional items in the system (trade rebates, brokerage, MAP funds, promotions, allowances).
• Research inquiries from customers and partners and communicate findings promptly.
• Process trade promotion transactions and prepare payment requests for trade items with proper approvals.
