Rockwood Search is seeking a Senior Trade Operations Project Manager in New York City or Dallas. Hybrid work arrangement with a focus on leading a firmwide Charles River platform across private credit and multi-asset strategies.

The role requires 8+ years in project management or investment operations and a proven ability to deliver cross-functional technology initiatives from requirements through deployment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management, business systems, or investment operations experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional technology initiatives from requirements to deployment.
• Strong knowledge of trade lifecycle, private credit, CLOs, structured products, and fixed income.
• Proficiency with SQL, XML, APIs, and data integrations; vendor management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Charles River OMS and Compliance implementation, enhancement, and integration projects.
• Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, testing, training, and production rollouts.
• Partner with PMs, Traders, Operations, Compliance, Tech, and vendors to drive initiatives.
• Drive front-to-back process improvements, workflow automation, and scalability.
