Job summary

EY in New York is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead the Charles River Development (CRD) implementation, configuration, and enhancements for front-to-back investment processes.

You will collaborate with portfolio managers, traders, and operations to translate business requirements into CRD configurations and ensure data integrity across CRD, IBOR, and downstream systems, with strong preference for 3 years CRD experience and SaaS migration expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and approximately 3 years of related work experience
• Degree in computer science, engineering, accounting, finance or related field; MBA or MS preferred
• 3 years of hands-on Charles River (CRD/CRIMS) experience
• 2-3 years of experience in a financial services company or advising financial services clients
• Experience working in a Hedge Fund, Asset Management firm or as a Management Consultant
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills for validating CRD data flows
• Experience supporting SaaS migrations and cloud transitions
• Ability to lead technology lifecycle Phases from requirements to testing
• Excellent communication, presentation and client service skills
• Willingness to travel; passport and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Act as SME on CRD functionality across trading, compliance, portfolio management, and post-trade workflows
• Partner with portfolio managers, traders, compliance and operations to gather and document requirements
• Configure CRD components (workflows, rules, blotters, manager workbench)
• Translate business requirements into CRD configurations, workflows and rules
• Perform system analysis, data mapping, and testing for CRD integrations with upstream/downstream systems
• Support data exchanges via CRD SDK and APIs
• Support SaaS migration and cloud-hosted transition
• Collaborate with technology, data, and operations to align business objectives with system capabilities
• Lead functional testing, UAT coordination and solution design documentation
• Ensure data integrity across CRD, IBOR and downstream systems
