Charles River Consultants - Business Analysts, Project Managers, Developers and SysAdmins.

Location: Remote

Large, diversified Investment Manager seeks multiple hires (contract and perm) from BA to PM and also system administrators and developers to supports the enterprise-wide implementation of Charles River Portfolio Management (CRPM) and Charles River Investment Management (CRIMS).

Preferred knowledge of either Private Funds, Security Master (Market Data); or Portfolio Compliance.

This role will act as a key front-line interface between business users, the internal technology team, and Charles River implementation partners.

This is a hands-on support and configuration role ideal for someone who understands investment workflows and can help ensure a stable and successful rollout of Charles River systems across the front-to-back trade lifecycle.

Successful candidates must have deep experience with Charles River Development platforms (CRPM preferred).

• Experience and strong knowledge of Investment management
• Ability to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps; manage backlog and prioritization
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-suite, in a consultative way
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Good understanding of technology concepts and ability to partner with engineering/data teams
• Exposure to data analysis and integration, APIs, SQL, and cloud concepts
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools and methods (JIRA, Confluence, Scrum/SAFe)
