Aureon Consulting seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead a major advisory platform transformation for a wealth management client in the Phoenix area. You will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across advisory, investment operations, compliance and technology, and drive governance, risk management and status reporting.

• Proven PM experience supporting advisory, wealth management, or investment platforms.
• Strong understanding of advisor platforms, investment operations, trading workflows, and portfolio management.
• Experience leading technology transformation, platform migration, or implementation projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Charles River implementation experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications:

• Proven Project Management experience supporting advisory, wealth management, or investment management platforms.


• Strong understanding of advisor platforms, investment operations, trading workflows, portfolio management, and related technologies.


• Experience leading technology transformation, platform migration, or implementation projects.


• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.


• Prior Charles River implementation experience is preferred but not required.

Location:

Candidates must be willing to work from the Phoenix area office.
