Formación

• Minimum associate’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years in Import/Export Compliance or Customs Brokerage/Freight Forwarding.
• Familiar with US customs entry documentation.
• Advanced Excel and critical thinking skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Experience with parcel, ocean, air freight, LTL shipments and carriers.
• Ability to retrieve, manipulate and present data.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Experience in import/export rules and duty drawback/reconciliation preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Review, research, and prepare data for duty drawback and import reconciliation.
• Perform import entry audits.
• Manage FTP for entry packets.
• Work exception reporting and resolve broker data mismatches in ERP.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop/implement systems and process improvements to duty drawback and reconciliation programs.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Review, research, and prepare internal data/reporting utilized for duty drawback and import reconciliation

• Import entry audit

• Managing FTP for entry packets

• Work exception reporting, research and resolve mismatches in broker data to ERP system

• Work cross-functionally to develop/implement systems and process improvements to duty drawback and reconciliation programs

• Collaborate with import and export team members

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum associate’s degree

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Import/Export Compliance or Customs Brokerage/Freight Forwarding

• Familiarity with US customs entry documentation

• Advanced Excel and critical thinking skills

• Detail-Oriented and exceptional organizational skills

• Experience working with small parcel, ocean, air freight, LTL shipments and carriers

• Ability to retrieve, manipulate and present data

• Ability to work well both independently and in a cross functional team environment

• Strong MS Access, PowerPoint, and Excel skills

• Experience working with Oracle, WMS, ACE, and other Supply Chain systems preferred

• Experience in import and export rules and regulations

• Duty drawback and reconciliation experience preferred

This role will perform work covered by International Traffic in Arms Regulations. Viable candidates for this position must be eligible for an export license or be a U.S. Person (which includes but is not limited to U.S. citizens or nationals, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees).

Work Arrangement:

This position will follow a hybrid schedule of 3 days in our office (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays) and 2 days per week from home.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$25.80 - $31.53

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
