Horizon Media Inc. is seeking a Coordinator, Trade Marketing to support and scale our Trade Marketing initiatives. You will help manage projects, coordinate events and partnerships, and ensure cross-functional alignment across brand, partners and industry stakeholders.

The role focuses on operational execution, process improvement and collaboration with internal teams to drive impact in events, sponsorships and co-marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, event marketing, project coordination, partnerships or related field.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to manage projects, coordinate stakeholders and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project plans, timelines, deliverables and communications across Trade Marketing initiatives.
• Support planning and execution of industry events, sponsorships and partnerships.
• Coordinate sponsorship deliverables, partner communications and marketing assets.
• Assist with budget administration, invoices and dashboards.
• Provide project coordination across broader Corporate Marketing initiatives.
