Job summary

Anheuser-Busch is seeking a Trade Marketing Manager to bring the AB portfolio to life across wholesalers, retailers, venues, and events in the San Antonio area. The role blends trade marketing, activation, sponsorships, and execution leadership, requiring strong organization, creativity, and communication.

This position supports nights and weekends for events and activation, works with top wholesalers, and leads On-Premise and Off-Premise initiatives to drive volume and share growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with distributors and top account decision makers.
• High level of beer industry knowledge.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to be flexible with schedule based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead On-Premise strategy and local execution of plans.
• Own On-Premise channel performance and identify execution opportunities with wholesalers.
• Drive brand planning, sampling execution, and event/venue activations.
• Own sponsorship negotiations and activation budgets.
• Manage mobile asset deployment and support venue CAPEX execution.
• Partner with top wholesalers to ensure execution against plans.
• Own execution KPIs for On-Premise plans.
• Lead brand programming in Off-Premise channels to drive volume and share growth.
• Communicate priorities and results weekly and monthly.
• Cascade annual and trimester plans, initiatives, and programs.
