Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with distributors, top decision makers, and internal stakeholders.
• High level of beer industry knowledge.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with employees, customers, and third-party partners.
• Self-motivated, results oriented, able to work independently.
• Excellent oral and written communication; comfortable presenting to groups.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead On-Premise strategy and local execution of plans.
• Own On-Premise channel performance and identify opportunities with wholesalers.
• Drive brand planning, sampling execution, and event activations.
• Own local sponsorship negotiations and activation budgets.
• Manage mobile asset deployment and support venue CAPEX execution.
• Partner with wholesalers to ensure execution of plans.
• Own KPIs for On-Premise plans.
• Lead brand programming in Off-Premise channels to grow volume and share.
• Communicate priorities and results weekly and monthly.
• Cascade annual and trimester plans, initiatives, and programs.
