Job summary

Anheuser-Busch is seeking a Trade Marketing Manager to lead activation for national, regional, and local partnerships, working with distributors and retailers to maximize brand execution, consumer engagement, volume, and market share.

The role requires 5–7 years of sales/marketing experience, proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, and deep On-Premise channel knowledge. Willingness to relocate is preferred. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with relevant work experience.
• Experience in sales and/or marketing in the beverage sector is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present to diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and internal tools required.
• Deep knowledge of the On-Premise Channel and regional markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute trade marketing plans and channel playbooks.
• Lead activations, samplings, sponsorships, and events.
• Manage venue and event marketing programs.
• Drive flawless execution of national and regional brand programs.
• Partner with wholesalers, retailers, and agency partners.
• Manage territory budgets, sponsorship investments, and ROI.
• Support On-Premise and Off-Premise channel growth.
• Monitor competitive activity and identify marketplace opportunities.
• Coach field teams and trade activation resources.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Channel Teams, and Commercial teams.
