The Trade Marketing Manager at Anheuser-Busch will bring the AB portfolio to life across wholesalers, retailers, venues, and events. The role blends trade marketing, activation, sponsorships, and execution leadership with a need for strong organization and flexible weekend support.

Ideal candidates have a proactive, relationship-driven approach, superb communication skills, and deep beer-industry knowledge. Must reside in the San Antonio area and be ready to drive programs with partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; valid driver’s license.
• Ability to build relationships with distributors and top decision makers.
• Strong knowledge of beer products and AB brands.
• Ability to interact with employees, customers, and partners effectively.
• Self-motivated, results oriented, and able to work independently.
• Excellent oral and written communication; comfortable presenting to groups.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Effective time management for visits and activations.
• Willing to adapt schedule to business needs.
• Sales/marketing experience in beverages or CPG.
• Deep knowledge of AB sales and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead On-Premise strategy and local execution of plans.
• Own On-Premise channel performance and identify opportunities with wholesalers.
• Drive brand planning, sampling, events and activations.
• Manage local sponsorship negotiations and activation budgets.
• Oversee mobile asset deployment and venue CAPEX support.
• Collaborate with wholesalers to ensure plan execution.
• Own execution KPIs for On-Premise plans.
• Lead brand programming in Off-Premise channels to drive volume and share.
• Communicate priorities and results weekly and monthly.
• Cascade annual and trimester plans and programs.
